Structure and certainties

As an investor you want the assurance that we are keeping to our agreements and are limiting the risks. In order to ensure this, we have separated the responsibilities in two different private companies, as can be seen in the structure down below.

STRUCTURE

  • The operating agreement with Access2.IT stipulates that the revenues from the rental serve to meet the interest and repayment obligations.
  • Access2.IT has the required IP market knowledge and - essential - the necessary infrastructure. Therefore, the management of the addresses, the monitoring of IP quality and the rental is in the hands of Access2.IT. Access2IT cannot sell the IP addresses.
  • We publish an annual report.

ASSURANCES

  • The IP addresses purchased in Imondio B.V. will serve as collateral until the investments are fully repaid
  • The investments in IP addresses, the repayments and the safeguarding of the investments take place through Imondio B.V. This is under the control of with a board and a supervisory board, which ensures that the investments are only used to buy IP ranges.
  • An accountant keeps track of the project and will issue an auditor's report upon approval.
  • We provide an overview of the IP addresses that we've registered with RIPE.
  • You will receive an update on market developments once or twice per year.
